PAYMENT OPTIONS

School Related Groups:

Payment by official school check, official school PO, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card is required. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  We reserve the right to hold any orders paid with check, cashier’s check, or official school check until cleared by our bank.

Non-School Related Groups:

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, business check, money order, and cashier’s checks. No order will be processed until full payment has been received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Innovative Spiritwear, we strive to give you quality-finished products and we stand behind all our products. Innovative Spiritwear guarantees our merchandise against manufacturing defects. We will repair any defects that we are notified of within 14 business days after you have received your order. After 14 days any repairs or defects will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

  • All return claims must be made within 14 business days from receipt of item. For all exchanges, Innovative Spiritwear must receive the returned items before replacement items can be reshipped.

  • Shipping charges will be added to any orders requiring additional shipments for exchanges.

  • To return a defective item, email info@innovativespiritwear for help. All returns must include a copy of the packing slip; return form, reason for return/exchange, and the requested action.

  • Innovative Spiritwear will not responsible for garments that have been outgrown.

  • Innovative Spiritwear will not be responsible for garments that have been mishandled or washed incorrectly. All items must be returned in original packaging in order for exchange/credit to be approved.

Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged or soiled.

  • Items that are “made to order” or personalized/decorated.

MATCHING PREVIOUS ORDERS

Please provide us with all the necessary information or samples when placing your order. If you are trying to match to a previous order, please state so when placing your order. If your garment has lettering or monogramming, please send the sample or a picture to show style and placement of lettering.

MATCHING COLORS

We make every effort to match colors as closely as possible. Although the finest dyes are used in all of our products and materials, different color lots can absorb dye to varying degrees which can cause shading differences to occur. Therefore, Innovative Spiritwear cannot guarantee that colors and design will always match 100%.

MINIMUM ORDERS

An initial minimum of 12 is required for custom manufactured or personalized items.   For repeat/fill-in orders, a Below Minimum Charge will be added to each garment price on orders with quantities of 1-11.

CANCELLATIONS

All Innovative Spiritwear products are “made to order” for each customer. Therefore, once your order is submitted, all monies paid are non-refundable, items cannot be cancelled from the order and no changes can be made to the order.

ESTIMATED SHIP DATES (or ESD’s)

An ESD will be determined once all sizes and monies or official school purchase order are received.  ESD’s are approximate and may vary depending on the time of year and the product type.

OTHER CONDITIONS

All ESD’s are estimated.  Innovative Spiritwear assume no liability for delays in our failure to make delivery due to our inability to obtain supplies, raw materials and labor, or to conditions over which we have no control, including the delays of carriers, accidents, strikes, war or other unavoidable cause.
